RVS students represent at the generating momentum conference in altonaStudents from Grades 7-10 attended a conference in Altona that focused on how they can make the world a better place. The theme was sustainability and had students thinking critically around the topic of "fast fashion." "A number of the students said they were surprised to hear that only 1 per cent of the world's clothing is recycled, with the rest ending up in landfills." The goal of the conference was for students to come back to RVS and bring some new ideas for the school to move forward with sustainability. We are looking forward to what these young leaders will bring forward.
